The 3h Foundation @the3hfoundation wants to let people know about their Holiday grant programme and group holiday programme.
Their holiday grant programme awards people with a disability and/or carers funding for a UK based holiday.
Our group holiday programme gives adults with a disability the opportunity to have an independent supported holiday away without their day to day carer.
