Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to make a difference to the lives of people with Cerebral Palsy in the Bristol area? Then you might enjoy becoming one of our trustees.
We are looking for new trustees for Cerebral Palsy Plus with and without experience of working with a charity before. We are a small, local charity offering activities, advice and support to people with Cerebral Palsy and their families. We run an evening club for adults, a young adults group, activities for children and families, a swimming club for young people and have a time share accessible villa in Portugal.
We are also looking for trustees with experience in governance, finance and fundraising. If you have any of these skills please do get in touch.
If you think you’d like to be a trustee but you’re not sure where to start then we offer mentoring and training to make the role as accessible as we can. You might have a personal interest in Cerebral Palsy, or perhaps you’ve always wanted to be involved with a charity.
This is a voluntary position and trustees are expected to attend regular Management Committee meetings.
If you would like to find out more about becoming part of this friendly, supportive charity then please get in touch with Cathy, Development Coordinator, on 0117 9655028 or email office@cerebralpalsyplus.org.uk
